She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on November 19th 1966, and is the grandaughter of the famous guitar player Oscar Alemán. At the age of four she began studying classical dances. When she turned fifteen, she switched to jazz dancing classes with the choreographer Moira Chapman at the Scenic Art School " Fama " for ten years time.

When she concluded her dancing courses, she improved her knowledge of Musical comedy attending to lessons in the Institute of the distinguished director Manuel Gonzalez Gil, where she also discovered her profound singing vocation.

Due to the great attraction she felt towards her grandfather's music, which she had heard ever since she was a child, she decided to study the roots of black music and that is how she began to attend to singing classes with the singer Cristina Aguayo. At that time she also studied Drama at Carmen Vallejo's School.

And then began little by little to get more and more involved with jazz in an exclusive way. That is one of the reasons why she got surrounded by the best argentine jazz musicians, that, and because of her great vocal quality.

Among the musicians that had played with her were : Pocho Lapouble, Manuel Fraga, Jorge Gonzalez, Norberto Machline, Walter Malosetti, Enrique Varela, Ricardo Pellican, Marcelo Mayor, Ricardo Nolé, John Larsen, Pascal de Loutchek, Chachi Zaragoza, etc…

Her singing career, as a professional, took-off with great success in 1997, she has then been embraced by both,the local press and her audience. She made her " début " with a repertory of Gospel, Negro Spirituals, Blues andJazz, accompanied by a Blues Band.

At the moment she composes songs, sings jazz and blues and teaches to her pupils how to sing.
